- Account info: Minecraft username, email address (when you make a purchase or register).
- Payment info: handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
- Server gameplay data: kills, deaths, wins, losses, ELO and similar competitive stats associated with your Minecraft username.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device and connection info for security and abuse prevention.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
- To deliver purchased ranks, perks and donations to the correct player.
- To operate and improve the server, website, leaderboards and matchmaking.
- To process payments and prevent fraud or abuse.
- To communicate important updates regarding your purchase or account.
3. SHARING
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:
- Stripe (payment processor).
- Service providers strictly required to run the server (hosting, anti-cheat, Discord notifications for admins).
- Authorities when legally required.
4. DATA RETENTION
Purchase records are kept for accounting and refund-eligibility purposes. Gameplay statistics may be retained indefinitely as part of the public leaderboard.
5. YOUR RIGHTS (UK / EU)
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us via Discord or the Support page. Deletion of purchase records may affect your eligibility for refunds or perk delivery.
6. CHILDREN
VanillaRanked is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will remove it.
